We deliver LPG cylinders (refill/exchange) and dispenser water bottles to eligible addresses within our coverage areas. Typical delivery time is 4–5 hours, not a guarantee and may vary due to safety checks, weather, traffic, or availabilit

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your WhatsApp/phone secure.

Orders placed via website or WhatsApp are offers to buy. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., stock limits, address out of coverage, safety concerns). We may verify identity or location before dispatch.

Prices are shown before confirmation and may change without notice until we accept your order. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets. “Top-Up Balance” is store credit: non-transferable, non-interest bearing, and (unless required by law) non-redeemable for cash; unused credit may expire after 12 months.

Our riders conduct seal, weight, and leak checks at delivery. You are responsible for safe storage and use, including a compatible regulator, hose, and ventilation. We do not provide installation or technical advice, and are not liable for misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines provided on delivery

• Exchange: like-for-like size/connection subject to availability.
• Deposits: deposits for cylinders or water bottles may apply; damaged or missing items may incur fees.

Returns: once a cylinder seal is broken or a bottle is opened, returns are not accepted except where required by law or for safety defects. Report issues within 24 hours with photos/video

Provide accurate address and ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the order. If access is unsafe/unavailable, we may reschedule and charge a redelivery or restocking fee.

You may cancel before dispatch at no cost. After dispatch, fees may apply to cover rider time and logistics. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

You may opt into scheduled deliveries or reminders. You can pause or cancel anytime before the next dispatch window.

Promotional offers/coupons are subject to individual terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Do not: (a) misuse the Services; (b) resell without authorization; (c) violate law/safety guidance; (d) interfere with our systems; or (e) impersonate others.

All content, logos, and trademarks on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as required by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss from delays, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., accidents, natural disasters, strikes, network outages).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in [City, Province], in English/Urdu, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of IP or breach of confidentiality.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
